Danny Kingshill
It is with profound sorrow that we have to announce the death of one of Shoreham's finest stars, Danny Kingshill who died on 24th May.
Our President Kate Britten shares her memories of him here:
Danny was part of the Players for over 50 years. He acted: in roles from Scrooge to M-----h; he sang: barber’s shop classics, and classical duets with David Nash; he accompanied many many musicals and pantomimes; most notably he composed wonderful tunes for all the ten pantomimes Katie has written for the Players.
But when we think of Danny it’s his imagination, his modesty, his sense of fun and especially his kindness and thoughtfulness that we most remember. He was a wonderful colleague – his loss will be deeply felt for a long time.
