Tall Tales was the first production of the newly formed Hamsters - the younger members of the players aged 8 -18

​

We held a series of workshops throughout 2022, where we explored folk tales from around the world and had fun collaborating on ideas of how to bring them to life.

​

Then our director Elie Williams went away and wrote the play.  We started rehearsing in January 2023 and performed a total of 8 stories from all around the world from Ukraine to China, Iran to Germany, Africa to Denmark.

​

The shows were a sell out and we loved bringing so many funny, mischievous, brave and  occasionally scary characters to life.
